Private, Small Group & Team Training
Rengert Sports integrated training system is designed to optimize every phase of athletic performance—from linear and multidirectional speed to maximal strength, dynamic stability, rotational power, recovery capacity, and long-term injury resilience.
Every athlete and team begins with a comprehensive performance evaluation, including Functional Movement Screening (FMS), key performance indicators, and advanced testing using VALD PERFORMANCE state of the art testing equipment.
These objective data points form the foundation of your individualized program. Our performance staff analyzes your results to identify strengths, limitations, and asymmetries, address injury history or movement inefficiencies, and establish clear, measurable goals to elevate your game.
The result is a fully customized, science-driven training experience that bridges technology, coaching expertise, and athletic intent—helping you perform, recover, and compete at your highest level.
