Private, Small Group & Team Training
Rengert Sports unique training system optimizes all phases of athleticism. Including sprinting and multidirectional speed, strength and stability, rotational power, recovery, and injury risk reduction.
Your individual or team experience starts with a series of evaluations — FMS (functional movement screens), performance indicators and athlete tracking using VALD Forceplates and OUTPUT SPORTS velocity tracking systems.
Using the results of your evaluations, you’ll work with our coaches to uncover strengths and weaknesses, discuss injury concerns, and set goals to achieve your best performance.
