Private, small group, Team training

  • Rengert Sports unique training system optimizes all phases of athleticism. Including sprinting and multidirectional speed, strength and stability, rotational power, recovery, and injury risk reduction.

  • Your individual or team experience starts with a series of evaluations — FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREENS, performance indicatorS and athlete tracking USING VALD FORCEplates AND OUTPUT SPORTS velocity tracking systems.

  • Using the results of your evaluations, you’ll work with our coaches to uncover strengths and weaknesses, discuss injury concerns, and set goals to achieve your best performance.

About Chris

Chris Rengert played his junior hockey in the BCHL. While captaining the Surrey Eagles, he earned himself an NCAA Division 1 Scholarship to the University of Alaska Anchorage, where he studied Kinesiology.

Since returning from University, Chris transitioned into his true passion of developing athletes through strength and conditioning and overall athletic performance. He has furthered his knowledge in the field of athlete performance through a vast number of specialized courses. Including CSCS, EXOS Performance Specialist, FMT Mobility Specialist, FMS.

Over the years, he has helped nurture young hockey players from a wide variety of levels ranging from NHL, AHL, NCAA, WHL and BCHL. As well as a wide range of high-level athletes from multiple different sports.

Chris is the Head Strength Coach for the Burnaby Winter Club Hockey Academy. As well as the Head Strength Coach for the Surrey Eagles
