Program Design

After years of refinement, we continue to remain at the cutting edge of sport science. Utilizing daily undulating periodization, we ensure that you train all physiological qualities on a daily basis, while adjusting intensity, volume, and modality to compliment the phase of your offseason.

Our meticulously designed program is structured into 3-4 week mesocycles, tailored to the stage of the off-season and the unique requirements of each athlete.

Throughout our program, we prioritize movement patterns over specific body parts, ensuring a balanced and functional approach to training. Using the high-low training method, we alternate between high and low intensity sessions to optimize performance while preventing over-fatigue of the musculoskeletal and CNS (central nervous system) while promoting optimal recovery.

Our comprehensive program encompasses movement quality, technical proficiency, strength development, neural recruitment, power development and endurance, end-range strength and mobility, injury prevention, and energy system development. By strategically integrating these elements, we ensure that our athletes are fully prepared to excel in their upcoming seasons.

After an extensive playing career which took him through the Minor Hockey, Junior, and University ranks, Chris Rengert seamlessly transitioned into the realm of Athlete Development, working with NHL, College, and Junior Athletes. With a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and a Certified Performance and Sport Scientist credential. As well as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist credential, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and first hand experience to his program.
